1x 200g can Safcol Premium Skinless & Boneless Salmon
1x 250 g pack cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1/2 cup fresh dill or chives
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1/2 cup thickened cream
salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 - Thoroughly combine salmon, cream cheese, tomato paste, horseradish, dill and spring onions. Ideally you should use a blender – it is quicker and gives a creamier texture
Step 2 - Fold the cream through the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 - Serve with crispy bread-sticks or crisp vegetables such as slices of carrots, asparagus and snow peas.
