1 x 85g can Safcol Smoked Oysters, drained
10 hard boiled eggs, pealed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sweet pickle juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Step 1 - Carefully slice the eggs in half length-wise and gently remove yolks
Step 2 - Mash the yolks an add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, sweet pickle juice and pepper; stir well.
Step 3 - Place a smoked oyster in each egg half. Using a piping bag, pipe the yolk mixture around the oyster.
